I found the folks at Brieftons to be straightforward, honest, and helpful... Like a lot of folks I am on a health kick and am determined to lose weight, low carb, healthy-style, so thought I'd give this gadget a whirl... As it turns out, the veggie noodles were BETTER than the low carb ones! Some of the veggie "noodles" were 2 feet long! I don't think I will buy regular noodles ever again. That is how good they were. Now, there is a LOT more stuff you can do with this gadget and I plan on fully utilizing every feature.

I was skeptical at first but I've made "noodles" out of zuccini and summer squash and it was fantastic. The core comes out easily. Would work well with any vegetable sized like a carrot.
